The Mito 350 comes with a standard wheel, or
the optional beautiful decorated hand wheel.

new construction in cast aluminum and stainless
steel maintaining the high quality and craftmanship
of traditional meat slicers made in the early
1900’s to the late 1960’s.
All
parts are painted in high gloss enamel or hand
polished chrome. The cutting blade is made from
top quality Solingen™ forged stainless steel.
