1. Shipping costs will
be calculated at the time of purchase.
2. If you have questions, or would like
to discuss insurance and delivery options please
notify us BEFORE ordering!
3. It is the purchasers responsibility
to check for DAMAGE to crate and equipment upon
arrival.
Any damage not noted in Bill of Lading is your
responsibility. EMILIOMITI LLC is NOT responsible
for damages or lost items which occured en route.
Any claim for damages or lost items which occured
during shipment is between the purchaser and the
company delivering the freight.
4. Due to the type of products we carry,
a 20% restocking fee will be charged on any returned
item, including roundtrip freight (NO EXEPTIONS).
If there is a defective item and you would like
to return it please obtain a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number from Emiliomiti LLC
within 30 days of the invoice date.
5. To avoid damages during shipment,
any returned item must be shipped in it's original
box and packaging materials for proper credit.
