This classic rare model INDIANINA (named by collectors and restorers) is the smallest US Berkel slicer ever made (exclusively for home and small pubs), and has been completely restored with care in Friuli Italy by a renown restorer V.Valvasori. Every part has been enamel baked painted, chromed, and/or remanufactured in stainless steel to bring it back to its magnificent original condition.
