This is the Mini version of all the Vintage meat slicers. This classic rare model INDIANINA (named by collectors and restorers) is the smallest US Berkel slicer ever made (exclusively for home and small pubs), and has been completely restored with care in Friuli Italy by a renown restorer V.Valvasori. Every part was enamel bake painted, chromed, and/or remanufactured in stainless steel to bring it back to its magnificent original condition. This is the first time we presented on our website. Since they usually don’t come back when we ship it to Italy for restoration, we had it photographed at a professional photo studio** in SF. Please click every picture and the check all the details.
